When will my medication ship?

After your provider approves your treatment, your medication is typically shipped within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email.

Can I change my medication or dosage?

Please contact your provider through the Messages section to discuss any changes to your medication or dosage. They will need to review your request.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can pause or cancel your subscription from the My Subscription page. If you cancel, you won't be charged for future periods.
